It is my hope and desire to help the Mission help those in need and to help them into a better life and way of living. One opportunity I have to do this is to use my construction skills. I, in the past, have been the vice-president or president of several large commercial construction companies that I have founded or helped to found. I have developed and/or worked on high rise buildings, concrete tilt ups, commercial retail buildings and office remodels. I am currently retired and spend my time remodeling my home, riding my motorcycle and helping the Mission. I also am striving to develop strong relationships with people that have the same passion to help those in need.

Tom is a retired naval officer and has participated in Officers Christian Fellowship both in the U.S. and overseas for over 28 years. â€œI am convinced that homelessness can only be ended one person at a time by God working through us, his ministers, bringing love, caring and a helping hand to those in need. I am extremely excited about this transformative time for SRM as we seek to create both dignified work opportunities and a community of homes for the homeless.â€

Since 2006, Adam and Natascha Kling have served as youth and associate pastors in Arizona and Tennessee. Adam has been in full time ministry since 2006. Adam and Natascha have seen hundreds of students and adults come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and are passionate about loving those who feel like there is nowhere to turn or don't feel comfortable in a "church" setting. Through their journey, they have had a new dream birthed in them to plant a church in Flagstaff, Arizona. With Godâ€™s vision, and gracious partners to help along the way, they hope to see their city changed, their community loved and each individual they reach eternally transformed.
